Corporate Technology (CT) has several teams in Brasov. The CT Image Algorithmics group from Braşov is working e.g. on optimized image interpretation and computational models for healthcare. This team is part of a department at Siemens Corporate Technology headed by Dorin Comaniciu.

Role in HEART:

Siemens Corporate Technology will participate with a group of 8 researchers and will be partner in all work phases, with a bold contribution on component modeling & validation.

Besides bringing in the project an already developed 3D heart model, SIE will make possible, due to its global agreements, full access (abstract and articles) to his parteners at the entire IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, SpringerLink or ACM databases.
